COURSE DETAILS

  • ISA Introduction to Powerboating (Level 1) Never been on the water but want to get out there and get familiar with powerboats? Then this one day course is for you.

  • ISA National Powerboat Cert (Level 2) Recognised as the "driving licence", this certificate also qualifies you for the International Certificate of Competency (ICC).

  • ISA Coastal Navigation (shorebased) Provide participants with skills and knowledge to safely navigate a boat by day and by night in coastal waters with which you are familiar. Preparation for Advanced Powerboat Cert and Advanced Sailing Cert.

  • Irish Marine VHF (shorebased). Irish Short Range Certificate (SRC) required by persons wishing to use a VHF radio on Irish waters. Information from ISA...

  • ISA Advanced Powerboat Cert (Level 3) Night time driving, coastal navigation. Masters of all vessels holding Passenger Boat licences will be required to have certification indicating an appropriate degree of personal competency read article

  • First Aid: The aim of this course is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to provide emergency care in the marine environment and on inland waterways where professional medical assistance should be available within 30 minutes.

  • Private Personalised Coaching For clients who have their own boats, hire an experienced instructor to show you how to get the most from your boat. Examples of sessions include, but are not limited to, race training, boat tuning, marina manoeuvres, safety manoeuvres etc.

  • Powerboat Adventure Session Looking for something do in these summer evenings? How about a blast around Irelands Eye for a couple of hours. You even get to do some of the driving!

  • Skipper Charter Hire our boat and an experienced driver for filming, photography, rescue cover and more.

  • To run ISA certificate courses on your boat, there must be a minimum of two people and a maximum of three. We do cater for non-certificate courses on a 1-2-1 basis.
