Malahide Yacht Club Junior Courses. Courses available from ages 8-17. 2010 Summer Courses: Course 1: July 5-16 and Course
2: July 19-30 |
| Pre-Requisites: Membership to the club is required. All levels from complete beginners are welcome. | |
| Equipment: Topaz dinghies. Hire of boats is available. | |
| Ratio: Maximum 6 clients per instructor | |
| Summer Course Duration: 10 days, Monday to Friday | |
| Summer Course Cost: €250 per person includes tuition, ISA booklet and logbook. Boat Hire and Club Membership is additional. | |
Award: ISA Small Boat Sailing Scheme Certification |

This course is tailored to the individuals abilities. Each person is taught to their own requirements so total novices will learn to sail back and forth across the wind. More experienced children will be taught to sail using harness, footstraps and how to plane. Ages 12-17: Week long course , 10am-1pm each day, €150pp. July 12 - 16 & 26 - 30; August 9th - 13 & 23 - 27 |

| Equipment: New windsurfing equipment is purchased each year to allow sailors access to the latest technology and get up and sailing ASAP | |
| Ratio: Maximum 4 clients per instructor | |
| Duration: 5 half-days Monday to Friday | |
| Cost: €150 per person includes hire of equipment, wetsuit, & ISA Go Windsurfing logbook | |
Award: ISA Go Windsurfing Certification (on successful completion) |
